At the heart of the village stands the historic Church of Panagia, dating back to the late 10th century, one of the island's most important historical landmarks.
As you stroll through the village, you'll discover local producers offering authentic Serifian products such as honey, wine, traditional cheeses, capers, and aromatic herbs. For a genuine taste of the island, the traditional Oino Kafepantopoleio "Panagia" offers local delicacies and a memorable dining experience in an authentic Cycladic setting.

The village enjoys an excellent location with easy access to some of Serifos' most beautiful beaches.
Just a short drive away lies Sykamia Beach, where visitors can enjoy crystal-clear waters, breathtaking sunsets, and delicious local cuisine at the seaside taverna Akrogiali.
Another favorite destination is Platis Gialos Beach, approximately 15–20 minutes from Panagia. Only 10 minutes from the village stands the historic Monastery of Taxiarches, one of Serifos' most important religious and architectural monuments.
