Psychologist Rapti Elena, in Chalkida, holds a degree in Psychology from Panteion University (License number: 11761, Piraeus Prefecture), with a master's degree in Applied Clinical Psychology (MSc) from the University of Central Lancashire, UK. He has been trained in Experimental and Applied Behavior Analysis, in Cognitive Psychotherapy at the Hellenic University Institute of Mental Health of Aeginiteio Hospital and in treatments that focus on Consciousness and Mindfulness. Compassionate Focused Therapy at the Institute for Behavioral Research and Therapy. He has also been trained in clinical diagnosis and evaluation (PDip in Clinical Diagnosis and Assessment, Pearson, UK) and in administering, grading and interpreting weighted psychometric tests (such as WISC, career guidance test, Achenbach, etc.). He has participated with presentations in Greek and international scientific conferences, as well as in research programs. He maintains a private office in Chalkida, providing individual psychotherapy and counseling services to adults with a wide range of difficulties. Specifically, it specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, generalized anxiety, panic attacks, special phobia, obsessive-compulsive disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression and dysthymia, post-traumatic stress, chronic pain, work-related stress, anxiety, depression, grief, personality disorders, bipolar disorder and psychosis. At the same time, he is a research associate of Hellas Employee Assistance Programs (Hellas EAP) and provides psychosocial support services to human resources. The treatment is based on the cooperative relationship, in a compassionate, protective and non-critical way, adapted to the needs of each individual, with a view to achieving his future goals in every area of life. He has established the scientific center for the development of children and adolescents "POSITIVE AID", which provides services of Psychotherapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Special Education and Parental Counseling to children, adolescents and adults. She has worked as a psychologist, supervisor and program manager in public and private mental health structures and has been a coordinator of counseling groups for parents, employees and mental health professionals. She is a founding member of the Hellenic Community of Experimental and Applied Behavior Analysis and is an educator and supervisor of practicing psychologists at Panteion University. He is also a member of the International Compassion Mind Foundation and a member of the International Association for Contextual Behavioral Science.
