My illustrations are based on the strict rules that include the Orthodox Byzantine standards.
Having studied the Bible, the Church Fathers and their Hymns, I try through my art to capture the theology of the image and to depict the transcendent having full awareness of my ministry within the Church. In this way the faces of the Saints reveal the transcendence of earthly nature in the Divine.

My work is based on the use of raw materials such as powder paints and egg tempera, materials used by ancient hagiographers, whose works are still preserved today.

I try to give special importance to the expression of the face and the eyes of an iconography. The purpose of the image is for the viewer to communicate with the depicted saint.

I adapted the prices to the needs of our time, wanting to make my images accessible and necessary in every Orthodox home.
