Pediatrician Ioanna Fountzoula was born in 1969 in Larissa. She graduated from the Medical School of Patras in 1993 and received the title of Pediatrics at the General Hospital of Penteli in 2003. She worked as a Curator at the Pediatric Clinic of "Mitera" Hospital from 2005 to 2010. From 2004 until today, she works as a private individual in Nea Ionia, Attica, covering all the needs of the parents through counseling and taking care of the healthy development of the children. She has attended a Postgraduate Program in Adolescent Medicine at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, a Postgraduate Program in Infant Nutrition at Boston University as well as a Postgraduate Program in Homeopathy at the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy. She has participated so far in several scientific announcements and publications in Greek and international conferences.
